Catch of the Week: 'Wild Signals'

BLUT Audio's head of publishing Kim Meyer shares her favourite album of 2021

Catch of the Week: 'Wild Signals'

New Year, new series! Welcome to our »Catch of the week«.

Who doesn't like music recommendations from random strangers? Well this might be your new favourite spot! Each week a member of our super cool team will present their favourite album. And be a stranger no more, because you know what they say: You are what you listen to!

While we're still in the relatively early stages of the new year, we might as well start with our favourite albums from 2021!

"Carbon who first released music in 2007, is well known for his clean and thrilling sound and counts amongst the best producers from Hamburg. He collaborated with Lampé, Maksim Dark and Jonas Wahrlich, just to name a few. Moonbotique, Sense Sounds, Music4aliens and Der Hut Records and many more put out releases with the producer. So after releasing more than 100 tracks in the last three years across many EPs and Compilations, Carbon finally released his first album! This album takes you on a little trip between the genres with his signature-sound. I absolutely fell in love with 'Wild Signals' and actually listened to the album almost every day in 2021. It's totally danceable and deep, even for people who aren't necessarily into Tech House." - Kim Meyer (Head of Publishing)
