Carnaby Announces Winner of Soho Music Month Song Competition

As part of Soho Music Month, Carnaby ran an exciting competition open to all members of the public, amateur or professional for a musician to record a song in homage to this world-famous destination. The lyrics to the song ‘Kaleidoscope’ highlight the heritage of Carnaby and celebrates the rich fashion and music history and were written by Carnaby based Mcasso Music CEO & Producer, Mike Connaris. 

Following a prestigious judging panel which included legendary Madness lead man Suggs, Radio 1’s Scott Mills and Vick Hope and founder of Mcasso Music Mike Connaris, Fredrik Cedar was selected as the winner. As part of the prize Fredrik spent a day recording and mixing the song in Mcasso Studios, which is now being released this week.
