DFDS Seaways, winner of the Europe’s Leading Ferry Operator award, has appointed Carat Leeds to handle its £3m media planning and buying account in the UK.
Following a competitive pitch Carat Leeds will now handle all communications planning and buying across all media, as the ferry and mini cruise company seeks to consolidate and maximise its media investment.
The agency has been tasked with devising and implementing a fully integrated and cross-channel media strategy. It will leverage smart data to respond effectively to changing consumers’ travel habits, as well as boost customer engagement across the different regions the brand operates in.
