Focused on bringing the club’s benefits to life, Virgin Active are placing staff at the heart of the campaign

Having set out to highlight the attitude, wit and charm synonymous with the Virgin brand, the latest integrated campaign from Virgin Active focuses on the transformational role its staff can have on member’s fitness regimes and results.

‘We’ve got a SQUAD for that’ highlights the breadth of expertise on offer at Virgin Active, whether it’s swimming, tennis, HIIT or yoga – there is a highly qualified ‘Squad’ member to help you on your journey to feeling ‘unstoppable’.

The 30-second short film follows an impressive line up of real life staff from Fitness Coaches to Receptionists and Yoga instructors that are on hand and ready for any challenge / goal.  

Throughout the film Virgin Active encourages customers to “Bring your back to back meetings, bring your bad coffee, bring your grumpy bosses & their ridiculous deadlines, bring whatever you see fit to lay in our path Monday… Because whatever it is, at Virgin Active WE’VE GOT A SQUAD FOR THAT’.”

The integrated campaign goes live on September 1st and is supported by VOD, OOH, paid social, mobile, radio and DOOH.

The way they performed under the pressure of the camera leaves me in no doubt they’d lick me into shape if ever I was drunk enough to sign up for a Marathon.” 

Having released its first campaign with iris in January, the creative network has continued to build upon the brand’s new positioning as ‘The Club For The Life You Want To Live’.
