Giant Tiger, one of Canada’s leading retailers, today announced the launch of its latest brand campaign: “See Yourself Saving”, a fully integrated initiative that showcases the brand’s promise of every day savings to Canadians, without compromising quality. This campaign marks the first launch of work from global experience agency Huge,who was named creative agency partner by Giant Tiger earlier this year.
Giant Tiger is known as “Canada’s best kept secret” for its notoriously affordable and on-trend home and family fashions, full grocery assortment and household necessities at an everyday low price. Through this campaign the brand aims to reach new audiences and share its commitment to saving Canadians time and money through its low prices and products that Canadians have come to know and trust.
Debuting today, the fall “See Yourself Saving” commercials will run in English and French across national broadcast and online.
True to Huge, the user is featured and core to the story. The spots, for national broadcast and social media, feature a fun take on actual insights into different types of users, employing different savvy strategies to save money – from deal finders and quality assurance testers to extreme budget calculators who know when they find a good deal – all demonstrating how good it feels when they shop Giant Tiger. There is a new brand tone being introduced that shows the fun and witty side of the Giant Tiger personality, while remaining helpful and insightful to introduce the brand to new consumers as it continues to expand into new markets.
