Haystac, part of the BWM Dentsu Group, has appointed Simone Pipkorn to the role of managing director.
Pipkorn was previously the managing partner of PR, social, content and influencer at Attention+Influence, part of CHE Proximity.
Pipkorn
has deep experience working in an integrated communications environment
with strategy, creative, PR, social and content teams to achieve client
objectives. Her PR experience covers a wide range of FMCG, retail,
health and pharma, financial services, telco, travel, lifestyle and
property clients.
Tim Powell, managing director, BWM Dentsu
Public Relations Group, said Pipkorn's brief is to help drive Haystac
through its next phase of growth.
Says Powell: "Haystac is a big agency with offices across Melbourne,
Sydney and Brisbane servicing major national brands, including Bunnings,
Officeworks, BP and Nandos. In many ways, we have flown under the
radar by being quiet achievers.
"Simone is a leader who will
galvanise our national strength, raise the profile of the Haystac brand,
and drive growth for Haystac and our clients."
Pipkorn said it
is an exciting time for Haystac: "Haystac has a strong, proud history in
the market and is working with some of Australia's favourite brands.
"I
am excited to be joining such a well-respected agency, and one that is
doing great work for great clients by pushing the boundaries of our
craft. I look forward to working with the incredible leaders in the
Haystac senior leadership team to continue the agency's upwards
trajectory."
