Butlins has appointed social media agency BLOOM Worldwide to work on a series of initiatives aimed at helping the family short break operator to understand and engage new audiences online.
BLOOM and Butlins will now collaborate on a multi-phase project, commencing with a conversational insight and audience analysis phase focusing on the online and social media habits of its new audience demographic and to establish exactly where they reside online.
The results will then be used to deliver actionable content recommendations and engagement plans that BLOOM will use to inform the creation and distribution of relevant content via online and social channels to increase audience engagement.
