Bucks Writers Lank & Tank Bring Music to BT Sport's Ears

Bucks Music Group writers Lank & Tank have worked with BT Sport to deliver a whole package of original music for their exciting new on-air branding. The new music went live on Friday across all BT Sport channels.

"When Bucks first approached us to work on the BT Sport on-air brand refresh the brief gave us plenty of room to have fun creating some impactful pieces of music," commented Lank & Tank. "Our main focus was to make sure the music supported the bold visuals on screen that it strung together as one coherent piece. We worked really closely with BT Sport's creative team and the Bucks sync team, which made the whole process come together smoothly." 

Bucks Music commented: "The music team at BT Sport have always been great supporters of the bands and artists on our roster, in particular championing our new signings and releases. When their music team approached us with a bespoke brief it bought a new dimension to the relationship and it has been an honour to be involved in such an important project. From their brief it was clear that they had a vibrant and contemporary musical vision to go with their new on-air visual identity and we knew immediately that Lank & Tank would be the writers to fulfil their ambitions. The whole process was very collaborative, working with Pete Kelly from BT Sport, Ollie Cartwright from Bucks Music and Lank & Tank speaking daily to deliver a bold, fun and vibrant package of music."
