But no-one knew.

Our big idea was Super Mega Personalised.

All we needed was a star famous for getting super mega personal with everyone he meets.

Cue the shy and retiring Keith Lemon.

And the start of two years of crazy, loud, disruptive work that put Carphone Warehouse right back on the map.
