BBDO MPLS has welcomed Brenda Magnetti as its new VP, director of strategic planning, partnering with CEO Neil White to lead the agency’s strategic vision for clients and agency, alike.

Brenda Magnetti is an agile, effective leader of marketing strategy with empathy at the center of brand value propositions and consumer experience design.
Throughout her career, Brenda has worked on a broad range of brands including Mars, Wrigley, Mondelez, J&J, Unilever, and McNeil and has deep experience in insight and strategy, shopper marketing and shopper integration planning.
An insatiable quest for continued learning has earned Brenda a B.A. in Communications from Valparaiso University, certifications in Brain-Based Coaching, Digital Strategy, Analytics, Innovation, Creative Storytelling and DEI Leadership from Ideo, Wharton, Northwestern, Cornell and the NeuroLeadership Institute. She also serves on the board of Transformative Language Arts Network and Future Cycle Breakers focused on empowering marginalized voices.
When she is not investing in the transformative power of leadership development, she is exploring her favorite culinary creations through the lens of her iPhone with husband, Rick.
