Brandon Named One of Charlotte’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For

Brandon, the most creatively awarded marketing agency in the southeast, was named one of Charlotte’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For © by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). NABR hosts the annual competition in the Charlotte, Denver, Miami, Nashville, New York, and Pacific Northwest regions.

The 2022 winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm, which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognised companies. The categories included in the scoring are compensation, benefits and employee solutions; creative, wellness and wellbeing solutions; employee enrichment, engagement and retention; employee education and development; recruitment and selection; employee achievement and recognition; communications and shared vision; diversity, equity, and inclusion; work-life blend; community initiatives and corporate responsibility; and leadership, strategy and company performance.
