Detroit, MI and Dallas, TX-based brand studio Lodge 26 has teamed up with Henry Ford Health System to fuse the groundbreaking of their new cancer building project with the spirit and drive of the revitalised Detroit business landscape and the hope of innovative treatments through state-of-the-art research and care. The inspirational short video zooms in on the stories and faces of some of those at the heart of this new facility: the doctors, researchers and survivors. The video premiered on Tuesday, June 6, at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Henry Ford Cancer Center.
The creative team behind Lodge 26 was tapped for their previous work and design contributions to Detroit-based Shinola, and a complete rebrand of Dan Gilbert-owned commercial real estate company Bedrock Detroit.
Director Tyler Sharp and editor Chris Collins worked closely with their team and Henry Ford to create a streamlined storyline that would bring an authentic voice to the mission of the centre, galvanising local community members and potential donors to become involved in the project prior to its opening in 2020. Sharp crafted the creative vision for the video content, folding in elements of the centre's advanced technology, innovative partners and inspirational visionaries set among the tapestry of Detroit’s dynamic culture and community.
The moving video is a prime example of Lodge 26’s hands-on creative approach to crafting brand messages for clients, distilling their overarching goals to create emotive visuals across all platforms.view more - Creative
