Among the functions assumed by Borja are the implementation of new personnel evaluation system, implemented by the group throughout the EMEA and the development of career plans. It also is involved in procurement processes and the definition of the training plan.

He has spent his entire career within the WPP group and has been linked to Grey from 2009. He has spent 20 years working in the sector, giving him a deep understanding of all business processes and above all a great experience in management and team leadership and people.
Borja has a degree in Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Masters in Advertising from the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija.
