Insight-driven digital agency Bloom Worldwide has appointed Alex Cootes as Group Account Director, with responsibility for leading its key accounts and strengthening the agency’s commercial and client services offerings.
The role will see Alex focus the majority of his time on leading the Toyota Motor Europe account across 31 countries in Europe, while also overseeing the management and development of the agency’s commercial and production teams.
Cootes, who has over ten years experience in digital, integrated & experiential marketing, joins Bloom from digital agency Kitcatt Nohr, where in his role as Account Director he led the Nissan GB account, implementing all of the automotive brands digital display and social channel activity, alongside the ongoing development of its customer web presence.
Prior to this Alex spent two years as an Account Director at Sapient Nitro, leading the account for satellite broadcaster Sky, during which time he oversaw all strategic projects, acquisition and display communications, as well as delivering Sky’s first mobile sales platform .
