The animation focuses on a man at the point of diagnosis. We hear his thoughts as a maelstrom of leaflets, online searches, questions, fears, and advice from healthcare professionals and friends starts to whirlwind around him - the information overload that so many people experience at that moment.
Macmillan appear at that crucial moment to help our character navigate an information overload, curating just the bits of information he needs, and his world starts to become calmer. The brand message is delivered by Macmillan supporter Gail Porter and drives people to sign up for ongoing tailored information and support online or over the phone.
Katy Wang’s beautiful designs bring a playful tone and a light touch to this difficult subject. Her fluid transitions create an energy not often seen within charity promotions.
