Blak Labs Elevates Creative Leadership with Four Promotions

Leading independent creative agency, Blak Labs, has promoted Fin Guo to creative director, while Elon Law and Wilson Tan move up as associate creative directors. Regina Lee takes on an enlarged role as head of digital.

And we’re happy to recognise their contributions by giving them the opportunity to step up as creative leaders.”

“The agency has grown significantly throughout the Pandemic thanks to numerous new business wins and systemic growth across creative, tech and consulting offerings,” continues Blower. “Our four new leaders will be spearheading our teams to deliver creative excellence across regional and local blue-chip clients.”

Guo joined Blak Labs as an art director in 2014. A consummate craftsman and strong team player, he has risen up the ranks and leads key accounts such as Pizza Hut, City Developments Limited and UTU. He also heads the agency’s internship programme with NAFA and various polytechnics. 

Law joined the agency as a copywriter in 2013. An astute thinker and wordsmith, he is responsible for multiple new business wins and plays a pivotal role on Gardens by the Bay, City Energy and regional accounts. His work has garnered recognition at both local and international shows.

Tan has spent three years with the agency as a senior art director. He is the lead creative on Huntsman, HTX and Certis. Together with Law, they oversee the agency’s foray into Web3, NFT and emerging technology.

Lee, who has been with the boutique agency for a decade, increases her remit as head of digital. She was previously the digital design chief. Her enlarged role will help clients better optimise their digital infrastructure, data traffic and e-commerce ecosystems. She will also work closely with the internal team of developers, engineers and tech specialists.

The promotions take effect immediately.
