The award-winning directing team Temple Cahché has signed for Birth for representation in the UK and France.
Temple Caché has been nominated at Cannes film festival and several international festival Awards. Temple Caché was created by Marion Castéra and Kelzang Ravach to gather independent and multi-faceted filmmakers who share the same need to blur boundaries, be they technical or narrative.
A spokesperson from Birth said: "We have been admirers of Temple Cache for a long time. Their RIVE/JUSTICE video clip had completely captured my mind. Marion and Kelzang are very creative, they are very sharp with a taste that allows them to offer their vision to great luxury houses. They are hyper 'Birth Compatible' and we are very proud to represent them on most of our offices in Europe".
Commenting on the appointment, Temple Caché said: “We joined Birth because they are respectful of their directors and their work. They are attached to the artistic aspect above all, that's what they put forward, and it's very important for us. They do not seek at all costs to modify ideas ad infinitum to get a project. If the idea is good, they will defend it and respect it, too bad if it doesn't work, there will be others. They are in a requirement of qualitative production that gives the best return to the artistic. They also offer us varied and qualified projects. Moreover, like us, they like to try to place the cursor a little higher and higher from project to project, always being aware of the balance between budget and ambition. At the same time they have this human and rock'n' roll aspect in their way of carrying the adventures to the end that suits us well and that makes us feel together in the same boat, it is very appreciable of a production. We love films they make, we are happy to be part of the team."
