Biofreeze Appoints Droga5 as Creative and Media Agency of Record

Pain relief product and consumer brand Biofreeze announced today that it has appointed Droga5 as its creative and media agency of record.

Droga5’s appointment by Biofreeze comes as the brand looks to further accelerate their growth through an integrated approach to media and breakthrough consumer storytelling. Droga5 will be responsible for infusing creative and brand strategy with media planning duties.

Michael McGoohan, chief marketing officer at Biofreeze, commented: “We initially came to Droga5 for their creative prowess, but after learning more about their breadth of capabilities, we now view them as a true business partner in all aspects of our brand’s marketing. We are excited about the opportunities we have to elevate our brand’s positioning and are energised by the partnership with our world-class team at Droga5.”

Dan Gonda, managing director of Droga5 added: “Biofreeze has a lot of momentum and strong affinity among a growing base of consumers, and we’re excited to help drive their business and cultural impact by bringing media and creative even more closely together.”

Droga5 is tasked with developing a national, integrated communications campaign across all channels. The first work is expected to debut in early 2020.
