Big Sync Music Hires Jonny Taylor as Business Development Manager

Unilever partner and specialist global music agency, Big Sync Music has hired Jonny Taylor to join its growing team as Business Development Manager.

With regional hubs in London, Amsterdam, New York and Singapore, Big Sync Music is a global, full service creative music agency, searching, creating and licensing music for some of the world’s biggest brands and their creative agencies.  Based from its London office, Taylor is now responsible for driving Big Sync’s global business development strategy working closely with CEO Dominic Caisley.

Taylor, who has played on stages with the likes of Ed Sheeran and Jason Mraz, has 15 years experience in the music industry plus a deep understanding of how bands and brands can work together.  A singer, producer and published songwriter, whose work has featured in several advertising campaigns, he joins the company from Rapture Entertainment where he was Business Development Manager, connecting brands with artists like Little Mix and Five Seconds of Summer. Prior to that Taylor was with Big Gig Media, where he developed his music marketing skills, working with brands and building partnerships between them and major international tours from Justin Bieber, Usher and One Direction plus high profile one-off shows like American Idol.

Last year, Big Sync announced a global partnership with Unilever, making it the single supplier of music across all 400 plus brands in all territories covering music strategy, licensing, creative music search and amplification.  Big Sync now has over 1,000 projects under its belt including award winning campaigns from Persil, Magnum and Samsung.
