Dedicated agency for immersive advertising on mobile devices
Convinced of the fast and strong development of mobile display and motivated to further develop innovative and interactive campaigns on this support, Biborg’s founders decided to create a second structure: Biborg Mobile. The little sister of the main agency will be composed of a team 100% specialised in the design and implementation of display campaigns on smartphones and tablets.
Their interest in these technologies is not new for Biborg, most of their campaigns in the past year already included mobile components. “We worked on our first mobile prototypes to show our clients that it is possible to innovate by creating rich, interactive and immersive campaigns on smartphones and tablets in a user-friendly way.” Ismaël El-Hakim explains.
Bruno Luriot adds: “We decided to create a specialised agency because we really believe in mobile display, it offers essential opportunities.” François Girardot says that the creation of Biborg Mobile was more than just an opportunity: “Biborg Mobile has quickly become a necessity to fulfill the desire and motivation we had to devote ourselves to this sector. This reinforces our desire to do more digital multi-support launches as we did on Volkswagen Up! or Assassin’s Creed III.”
The goal of the agency is to develop new engaging concepts for mobiles and tablets. The ambition is to go beyond the usual adaptations of web formats and use unique features of mobile devices to design the interactions such as the use of the compass, GPS and gyroscope (see the mobile campaign for Assassin’s Creed III).
“The philosophy remains the same, the same desire of pushing boundaries, of providing the best possible experience with the same attention to detail and quality,” says Hedy Magroun.
With four years of work and facing a young and often unknown market for many advertisers and communication companies, Biborg takes the lead with their new entity and amplifies their distinctive positioning.
