Creative Agency BBH USA today announced the appointments of Ben Muldrew (effective 4/29), as head of client services and Samsung account lead and Rikesh Mistry as strategy lead. Based in New York, these new additions augment senior talent in account leadership and strategy on the agency’s global Samsung team. Mistry reports to chief strategy officer Samantha Deevy, and Ben will report to agency president Agnes Fischer,

The new executive hires reflect BBH USA's commitment to elevating talent and reinforcing its leadership ranks, solidifying its forward momentum as the creative agency of record for leading brands, including Duracell, Quest Nutrition, and another forthcoming win to be announced later this year. In addition to Samsung, the agency leads creative for iconic brands including J.M. Smucker Co., Heineken Silver, and Netflix.

Ben joins from Landor, where he led the client services practice. He has led teams across a spectrum of agencies, from boutique firms to industry giants such as WPP, Johannes Leonardo, and TBWA/Chiat/Day. With extensive experience in automotive, including partnerships with Volkswagen, Nissan, Ford, Audi, Porsche, Ducati Motorcycles, and Michelin tires, his client leadership expertise extends to diverse industries including manufacturing, consumer goods, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, and fast-casual restaurants.

Originally from the North of England, Rikesh joins BBH USA from Droga5 where he most recently held the position of group strategy director. Previously, at McCann Manchester, VCCP London and JWT New York, he has amassed global experience working with leading brands such as Rolex, Tudor, J.P Morgan Chase, Nestle, Puma, Coors Light, Comparethemarket.com and Muller Dairies.
