Today GE launched “Ideas”; an online film designed to show how the GE brand is truly about innovation and developing ideas that help solve some of the world's toughest problems. The video is a nod to the power of great ideas.
The creative concept is a metaphor for how ideas, which often start out as rough, misunderstood concepts, can easily be scorned and discarded. But with the right nurturing, they can become beautiful things. The film is intended to resonate with recent college graduates thinking about their careers—an audience GE is hoping to reach with this message.
The film, which was shot by Noam Murro and created by BBDO New York, will be posted across all of GE's social channels from Facebook and Twitter to LinkedIn, Tumblr and others.
