This week, Lowe’s launches its 2013 spring campaign. Among other elements, the campaign includes an anthemic :60 brand TV spot called “Neighborhood” which continues the brand’s broader “Never Stop Improving” message. The spot also speaks to the satisfaction of and contagious nature of home improvement: “Funny thing about improvement, once you get started, it never stops.”
