To celebrate National Dog Week (9/20 – 9/26), Bagel Bites pizza snacks are asking America to decide –  How should a dog wear pants?

Whether you’re team ‘four-legged pants’ or proudly stand with the ‘two-legged pants’ crew, Bagel Bites pizza snacks has your pup’s legs covered with the release of a limited number of custom pants for dogs at HowDogsWearPants.com.

Through 9/22, Bagel Bites are asking Twitter users to pick a side of this playful debate around how dogs should wear pants (which has received over 14,000+ votes already), because cute dogs and pizza on a bagel, we can all agree with that. Following the results of the Twitter poll, Bagel Bites pizza snacks will release custom dog pants for $19.95, starting at 3pm EDT this Wednesday.

In addition to PR & paid social support, the brand is also partnering with dog influencers to further fuel the playful debate on social media. Influencers were sent dog pants in custom pizza boxes to unbox for their followers.

The activation is based on an ad - ‘How Dogs Wear Pants: A Bite Sized Debate’ - that launched last month as part of the brand’s first major advertising campaign since the 2000s! The campaign, a first created by Johannes Leonardo since winning the Kraft Heinz business, introduced a refreshed brand platform that plays into contemporary and lighthearted debates in culture, placing Bagel Bites pizza snacks in the center as the universally loved snack that everyone can agree on.

The activation was jointly executed with ICF Next, VMLY&R New York, and Starcom Media.
