Badger Agency(BA) announces eight new hires to work across the female-led agency’s growing roster of clients including P&G, Olay, Target and Dick’s Sporting Goods.  The additions come from diverse backgrounds and span all disciplines. 

President of Badger Agency Natalie Troubh comments: “We are excited to welcome these new additions to our team. They represent our continued belief that diversity matters - not only in gender, race, sexual orientation but also diversity of thought and backgrounds - in order to do work that pushes people to see the world differently and try to change the world, every day.”

New to the Badger Agency are the following:

  • Brooke Adler - art director. Brooke has a passion for all things design, as well as photography, beauty, and fashion. She joins from the healthcare space (The Bloc) and is excited to transition into consumer advertising.
  • Brooke Erlich - content strategist. Brooke came from the Sasha Group, a division of VaynerMedia, where she wore a lot of hats that spanned responsibilities in strategy, production, and client management.
  • Caroline Fasulo - marketing manager. With a passion for growing businesses, Caroline’s past roles include marketing, communications and business development experience across various industries including roles at both Ketchum and The Gaga Center. She most recently received her MS in Integrated Marketing with an analytics concentration from NYU.
  • Sophie Gerritsen - senior art director. Sophie specialises in creating international (luxury) fashion and lifestyle campaigns. She loves seeing where the potential might be to evolve and elevate and is driven by pushing boundaries to diversify the industry in any way possible by creating beautiful, meaningful things - from Amsterdam to Dubai to New York.  
  • Ana Laraia - junior copywriter. Ana is a recent graduate of Miami Ad School-Toronto. During her time there she co-produced a short film that premiered at Cannes. She was previously at Grey NY, Superheroes NY, and The Times where she worked on DoorDash, Applebee’s, Pringles, and Las Vegas Tourism among others.
  • Judy Pardo - director of business affairs. Judy has been working as a business manager for over 30 years at global agencies such as BBDO, Ogilvy, TBWA Chiat Day, and VMLY&R.
  • Li Yu (Jessie) Ruan - accountant. Li Yu joins us with over 20 plus years of financial experience in various industries. She maintained the financial accounts for A&G Int’L Trade Inc., Americare Inc., and Gem Finance Service.
  • Hannah O'Toole - junior copywriter. Hannah is a recent graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University. She has experience interning in copywriting and marketing and her past client work includes DoorDash, Pringles, Walmart and Aeropostale.
