Christine Connor joins as head of consulting and Sarah Townsend as head of digital transformation

B2B customer experience agency, The Croc, has hired two of the leading minds in digital, data and tech with Christine Connor joining as head of consulting and Sarah Townsend, being appointed head of digital transformation. 

The pair have been hired to help The Croc strengthen its ability to blend digital marketing with consulting to create an essential service that is in high demand globally: helping enterprise marketing teams unlock their full potential, at scale, post digital transformation.

Christine Connor is not just an exceptional talent, but her experience as managing director at Accenture Interactive, as well as 11 years as strategy director at Ogilvy, gives her a unique, and often hard to find perspective on how to address complex internal workstreams with a clear view on how this translates into better marketing, better employee experience and better CX.

Christine said: “It’s an exciting opportunity to build the consultancy offering at an agency that’s doubled in size in the past year. I’ll be exploiting digital and data to create connected customer experiences that deliver better results for our clients.”

Sarah Townsend joins The Croc as head of digital from Four Communications, specialists in retail, financial services and culture. Sarah brings a vast depth of experience and technical knowledge across analytics, digital marketing, SEO, applications and marketing platforms. Her big-picture leadership style offers a clear view on how to connect the wider digital ecosystem to deliver seamless customer experiences.
