FCB Brasil announces its first great win in 2021: the Aurora Foods account. After a bidding process, the agency will now handle all of the brand's communication.
"It is very motivating to start the year by adding to our portfolio a brand that was created over 50 years ago, when farmers and cooperatives in the state of Santa Catarina decided to come together, and that has since become one of the largest food industry cooperatives in the country. We know that this will be an excellent partnership, with many good stories, not just because of Aurora's business model, but because it gives us the opportunity to work with the brand's essence as a cooperative," says Ricardo John, FCB CEO & CCO.
Headquartered in Chapecó, in the west of Santa Catarina, Aurora is the largest cooperative in Brazil's food industry, and the third largest meat producer in the country. Three brands distribute and sell a portfolio of over 850 products, with a variety that spans pre-cooked meals, poultry and pork cuts, hams, salami, sausages, wieners, bologna, UHT milk, dairy drinks, cream cheese, and fish, sold to more than 60 countries.
"In 2021 we started a series of initiatives to strengthen even more the Aurora brand and the quality of its broad product mix. We will work jointly with FCB to leverage creative assets and develop true and consistent relationships with our consumers," says Ricardo Chueiri, marketing manager at Aurora Foods.
