Auchan Retail France has just entrusted its global communication strategy to Serviceplan France, a member of Europe’s leading independent communications group, Serviceplan Group. This decision was made in the wake of a call for tenders from agencies, orchestrated by Pitchville, which pitched Serviceplan against outgoing agency CLM BBDO, as well as Sid Lee, La Chose, and Rosbeef.
The agency will be responsible for supporting the long-standing brand in its advertising and communication strategy and for deploying the strategy on all of its traditional and digital communication channels, as well as for organising all the tools to activate and promote the brand (catalogues, leaflets, showcasing and more).
