In the spot a girl attempts to buy chocolate for her mother at a shop with trinkets.

The shop keeper is touched by the girl and gives her the chocolate for free.

The adorable girl then gives the chocolate to her mother. 

The ad where, gritty reality meets imagination is the first of two films shot for Cadbury and VCCP by Frederic Planchon at Academy.
