Apple Sways into Christmas with Whimsical Spontaneity

Apple is swaying into the festive season with this whimsical ad urging people to ‘move someone this Christmas’. 

Directed by Sam Brown and created by TBWA\Media Arts Lab, the spot tells a love story that could be. A woman stops on a snow-laden street to change the music on her phone - Sam Smith’s ‘Palace’ is her choice - before jaunting off to the music in her ears (naturally via a pair of Apple’s AirPods). 

Perhaps unsurprisingly, she ends up bumping into a stranger. The dancer and this newfound handsome man lock eyes before she places one AirPod into his ears, enabling perfect choreography between the two of them. We’ll let you find out the rest for yourselves. 

Funnily enough, said strangers are in fact married professional dancers in the real world.
