Anomaly Announces New Hire and Raft of Promotions

Vinay Parmar joins Anomaly as creative director, bringing with him 12 years of creative experience in increasingly senior roles, most recently at Zulu Alpha Kilo. Throughout his career, Vinay has worked across a broad range of categories producing award-winning work for brands like Harry Rosen, SingleCut Beersmiths, HomeEquity Bank and Avrio Health. He has also been an instructor at Miami Ad School since 2020, where he helps to shape the future of the industry.

In addition to welcoming Vinay, Anomaly has announced a number of well-deserved promotions over the last month. Krista Colangelo has been promoted to head of creative operations. Lexie Hoffmeyer, Brena Johnson, Sasha Barkans, and Cristina Piñeros have been promoted into associate creative director roles. And Alexa Espinosa has been promoted to group business head.
