Global independent creative agency AnalogFolk has appointed Catherine Reay as managing partner of its Sydney office, a new role for the agency.

The appointment is off the back of significant growth for the agency, including new and organic client wins, and Cat joins the leadership team with responsibility for client service, as well as broader business and product strategy for the agency.

Previously at The Works for six years, most recently as operations director, New Zealand native Cat has more than a decade of experience working in agencies in Australia, New Zealand and the UK including Y&R, iris worldwide and JWT.

“Cat brings with her truly global industry experience across award-winning agencies and campaigns, and just like us, she is passionate about creating solutions and ideas that move the world forward,” said AnalogFolk partner and managing director Matt Robinson.

AnalogFolk has notched up a number of awards in the past 12 months, including a Gold Award at the APAC Effies, while client wins have included AfterPay, News Corp, Linktree and NSW Government.

On the new role, Cat said: “I’m excited about this next chapter of my career and to be joining at a time when the agency is experiencing huge momentum with client growth, award wins and developing meaningful initiatives with their dynamic and dedicated team.”

Cat’s appointment is effective immediately.
