alter ego has announced the recent promotion of Tricia Hagoriles to senior colourist.

Driven by her passion for colour, Tricia's raw, naturalistic and cinematic style reveals itself in every project she touches. According to Tricia, "As a colourist you get to collaborate with many talented people so my style is often evolving into something new every time I enter this collaboration. In an industry where media and technology are in constant change I stay grounded in the idea that, as a colourist, you are part of a creative team working together to serve a story the best way possible”. 

When Tricia is is not in the colour suite you can find her keeping up with her other creative pursuits and finding inspiration from various places. “I love cinematography and movies for inspiration, but I also like to spend time flipping through magazines, watching TV ads and going to art galleries. I write, direct and produce short films and I walk around with my camera and explore. In colour, you can't sit on a frame for too long and that's a good way to look at all things creative - look away, do something else, come back to it."
