Alex Eaton, the majority shareholder of Toronto-based post production company alter ego, has sold his percentage of the business to existing partners Eric Whipp, Greg Edgar and Wade Odlum.
“We are extremely happy to have had the opportunity to work with Alex and look forward to continuing his legacy,” says Greg.
In 2007, alter ego became the first colour facility in Canada to use non-linear colour grading in commercials. Starting with two colour suites, two flames and few employees, the company today has grown to 50 full time staff across Colour, VFX, CG, Design and Production.
Having just marked their 10th anniversary last September alter ego is excited to remain a leader in post production.
