Digital, direct marketing agency, ais London have beat those January Blues by being named as the new customer relationship management and content agency for transport provider, National Express.
ais London was selected after a competitive pitch at the end of last year, co-ordinated and overseen by the AAR.
The direct marketing agency replaces incumbents Sky IQ, Experian CheetahMail, and McCann Birmingham.
