Agile Films have appointed Lucy Spong as head of talent & new business

Lucy joins the team from Factory studios where she was senior audio producer for six years working on some of the most well loved and award winning adverts of recent times; John Lewis Christmas, FIFA and C4 Superhumans to name a few.

Discussing the new role, Lucy says: “I feel very honoured to be joining the team at Agile and working alongside the superwoman that is Fliss Hutcheson!

“There’s a hugely inspiring net of existing and emerging talent that I’m keen to champion and nurture whilst broadening top quality collaborations.
