Adelphoi Music
are delighted to announce the arrivals of Francesca Briginshaw, who joins as
Head of New Business, and Max De Lucia who joins as a new Producer.
Francesca joins
Adelphoi Music from Pitch & Sync, where she served as Business Development
Manager. Previously, Francesca was researching and music supervising for The
Most Radicalist Black Sheep Music, BBH London’s in house music team. Before
these positions, Francesca cut her teeth at various music companies in London,
including the A&R department of EMI Publishing, Warner/Chappell, 750mph and
production companies Gorgeous and Godman.
On her
appointment, Francesca comments: “I’m so excited to be joining Adelphoi Music.
They are a brilliant team so it’s a great pleasure to be working with them. I’m
really looking forward to helping them continue to grow the business in the
best way.”
Sascha
Darroch-Davies, Joint MD of Adelphoi Music, adds: “Francesca possesses a unique
and enviable blend of skills: a genuine passion and deep knowledge of music,
and the ability to open doors and build strong relationships. We’re delighted
she agreed to join us at a very exciting time of growth at Adelphoi.”
Before joining
Adelphoi Music, Max worked for a year within the Partnerships and Invention
team at Mindshare. Max’s experience of dealing with various renowned brands and
businesses is just one attribute he brings with him. A composition graduate of
Trinity Laban, Max also plays the piano for the Choir With No Name, which
brings together people affected by homelessness, and also plays with New Street
Adventure, who are signed to Acid Jazz Records.
In terms of his
own appointment, Max says: “It is a privilege to have joined the team at
Adelphoi. The company has been a notable player in producing music for media
for over twenty years. I'm excited to contribute to its success as the business
continues to grow and move in new directions.”
Sascha adds:
“Max brings hugely valuable insight and experience working directly with brands
and he’s going to be leading our explorations in this area. He also plays a
beautiful piano, and thus the Adelphoi house-band line-up is complete!”
