A powerful springboard for emerging talent in Europe

ADCE announces the launch of the seventh edition of its High Potentials programme. The two-day event, taking place at the DHub Barcelona on the 30th-31st May, will feature 30 accomplished students selected from Universities across Europe who will showcase their finest work in front of top-tier agencies and design studios eagerly seeking fresh talent.

Themed around the concept of the 'Gold Mine', the 2024 edition of High Potentials will give the participants a unique opportunity to shine on stage and catch the attention of the best companies in the field. The programme also provides agencies with the chance to find the gold nuggets they are looking for across the European panorama.

The event will feature pitch sessions where participants can showcase their best works, gaining exposure to industry leaders and agency representatives. The presentations will be followed by a speed-dating session where the agencies will be able to interview the selected candidates to have a first and closer contact with their favourites.

High Potentials isn't just a showcase; it's a powerful springboard for emerging talent. Past editions have seen more than 12 attendees successfully enter the selection process of the best agencies in the creative sector and start their journey as professionals.

The 2023 edition included agencies such as AKQA, B-Reel, Grabarz&Partners, Morillas, Mucho, Mutabor, Ogilvy, PeterSchmidt, Scholz&Friends and Serviceplan.

The challenging, inspiring and unique High Potentials programme was designed by Hans-Peter Albrecht, creative partner at The Wunderwaffe in Munich, member of the ADC Germany and ADCE collaborator.

The programme is open to all European Universities that want to nominate their best two students to participate at the selection, with 10 seats available for interested agencies.

The presentations of the young creatives and agencies will be open to the public, with free access (prior registration) until full capacity is reached.
