Actress Regina King's Puppy Gets Her Real Life Ready for Wells Fargo's Credit Cards

With Havas New York at the creative helm, Wells Fargo has just launched a new TV commercial for their Active Cash card called ‘Real Life Ready,’ which features Oscar-winning Actress, Regina King and draws inspiration from her active and evolving life.

This is the first credit card to launch as part of Wells Fargo’s new portfolio announced in June, and boasts the refreshing simplicity of unlimited 2% cash back on every purchase. 'Real Life Ready' marks the brand’s first time collaborating with a celebrity for a TV spot. The commercial will appear online, on streaming services such as Roku and Spotify, and on TV across channels like Discovery, Bravo and NBA/MLB (to name a few). 

“When designing the Active Cash Card and our new portfolio of credit cards we made the decision to tap into our customers’ need for simplicity across credit card rewards – highlighting how Wells Fargo is focused on satisfying the ‘real life’ financial needs of customers,” said Krista Phillips, head of branded cards and marketing at Wells Fargo, adding, “we are thrilled to be working with Regina King, whose own authenticity is showcased in our campaign, as she demonstrates through her genuine life experiences how Active Cash is a straightforward credit card that makes it easy to earn 2% cash rewards on purchases.”
