With a goal to place one million people into work by 2020, Acquire Learning helps students ascertain their ideal courses and qualifications; partnering eligible candidates with career coaches and mentors; and, ultimately helping to match them with prospective partner employers.
Chief marketing officer Kim Vernon said Vizeum was selected for its focus on innovation, data, analytics and strategic thinking – all factors that have been key to Acquire Learning’s own success so far.
“Locally and globally, there is a seismic shift occurring in the employment market and the education and skills training pathways to work,” Vernon said.
“What this means is employers and recruitment managers are continually refining their criteria for hiring candidates, whether that means how qualified the job seeker is, what soft skills they have and whether they’re a good cultural fit,” she said.
“Acquire is well-positioned to respond to what industry needs and Vizeum, with their strategic and tactical insights, skills and strengths, will help us amplify our message to the market.”
Vizeum’s managing director Travis Day said the agency held the same values as Acquire together with a common sense of purpose.
“We are thrilled to have been identified as a ‘right fit’ partner of Acquire Learning,” he said.
“It is full of entrepreneurial thinking, and the agile and energetic nature of Acquire’s business and culture is well matched to Vizeum. We are looking forward to a long and value filled partnership with Kim and her team.”
For Vizeum, the Acquire account comes off the back of a recent run of agency wins, including World Vision & Crazy Domains, and the agency is managing the cinema release media buy for Acquire’s brand film, Champions, in NSW cinemas from May 31st.
