Zoe and Will will jointly lead the team responsible for solving client problems and driving business growth by delivering culturally relevant, breakthrough ideas

Accenture today announced the appointment of Zoe Eagle and Will Hodge as co-chiefs of the Accenture Song creative business in London. This includes a range of talent originally from Karmarama and Creative Drive, boosted by digital marketing specialists from the wider Accenture Song group in order to offer a fully integrated offering including brand, digital engagement and activation, production studios and media.

Eagle and Hodge will jointly lead the team responsible for solving client problems and driving business growth by delivering culturally relevant, breakthrough ideas that inform every touchpoint of the consumer experience. The health of every senior client relationship will sit with them, including major UK organisations such as The Army, Confused.com, Honda, Lidl and Plusnet.

They replace previous leader, James Denton-Clark, and will report to Bill Scott, who has overall responsibility for all of Accenture Song’s Communications practice in the UK and Ireland, including Droga5. Eagle and Hodge have made their first appointment in Laura Brown to lead growth and marketing, who was previously at Engine Group, joining their leadership team which also includes Nik Studzinski, the long-standing globally recognised chief creative officer.

Zoe Eagle, co-chief for Accenture Song’s creative business, UK, said: “Very few business problems can be solved alone today, so it's exciting to get going and unleash the potential of all the brilliant people we have at Accenture Song on the biggest and most daunting challenges facing our clients. It feels like we’ve only just scratched the surface of what we’re going to achieve together.”

Will Hodge, co-chief for Accenture Song’s creative business, UK, said: “Zoe and I have been in the habit of working in partnership over the past three years. It’s a joy to work with someone who shares the same high level of ambition. The strength of belief in what we can achieve for our clients is stratospheric. Accenture Song is a treasure trove of capabilities and divergent skillsets, which combined drive growth for clients. Together, we’re committed to developing a working culture that embraces the diversity of the humans who have these talents.”

Bill Scott, managing director for Accenture Song’s Communications capability in the UK and Ireland, said: “Zoe and Will have a proven close partnership which they’ve developed over the past three years, and in their new joint leadership roles, they will use their complementary skills to inspire and grow this great agency from strength to strength. Today’s businesses value inclusivity and collaboration because we know that no problem can be solved alone. This is collaborative style of leadership is in tune with that approach. They’re going to be a formidable partnership.”
