Rosanne joins Absolute in the role of senior producer and says she’s ‘thrilled to have started and cannot wait to throw herself in to this new opportunity and feels very excited and ready to embrace a new challenge!”
Having most recently worked at Big Buoy for the last three years, Rosanne is very used to the boutique post-production environment and cannot wait to get involved with all of the different bespoke elements that Absolute offers their clients.
CEO and founder, David Smith, adds that: “it's fantastic news that Rosanne has started at Absolute; she is a brilliant addition to our wonderful production team, and we know our clients will love working with her…”
Rosanne was born in Camden so is a true Londoner but grew up and still lives in Essex; she studied Graphic Design at University which secured her first role in the VFX industry at The LAB at AMV BBDO, she then spent five years at the post powerhouse, Rushes honing her craft and working her way up as a fully-fledged VFX producer.
One of her favourite most recent projects was working with director Simon Levene on the Virgin Media Christmas campaign titled ‘Now That’s Christmas-ing’. Rosanne says “it was super challenging because of the fast turnaround, taking existing assets and adapting them into the new creative but I loved attending the shoot and in general, it was a very collaborative project to work on with the Agency (RAPP). And oh we got to meet Cheryl Hole too – she was great!”
She also worked on the latest Adidas/Man Utd film launching their new kit with director Tom Brown at Unit 9 called ‘Third Kit’ which was really creative and fun to work on as well.
When Rosanne’s not busy at work organising teams of artists and helping clients schedule and budget their projects, she loves nothing more than ‘getting out in the world and exploring new places, most recently hiking in Scotland and climbing Ben Nevis which was an amazing experience. I’ve also taken up boxing which I love, such a great way to start the day by focusing the mind… I also love interior design, I’m about to move into my own little home and I can’t wait to renovate it!”
