UK creative consultancy Sedley Place has been appointed as lead branding and communications agency by top-end Indian housing developer Aanya Luxora for its Ensaara Metropark development.
Sedley Place will work closely with Aanya Luxora’s advertising agency Tugboat, digital shop Studio High, and Orion PR, as brand guardian with a remit to deliver brand consistency across all communications channels.
The appointment as lead agency and brand guardian follows Sedley Place’s work on Ensaara Metropark’s launch identity, on and off-line marcoms, and sales office interiors and show suites in 2013.
Deepak Vasandani, director at Aanya Luxora, said: “Sedley Place set a high standard in 2013 for our launch, with quality branding work that cemented our trust in the agency’s ability to understand our market and our needs. Consistency of brand portrayal and messaging is now key to our overall marketing plans, and with Sedley Place’s expertise and intimate knowledge of our brand, it’s a natural move to retain the team as brand guardian.”
Giles Calver, planning director at Sedley Place, said: “The Ensaara Metropark development has been stringently planned and is well thought-through; our approach is exactly the same - our work marries strategic planning with well-crafted design. It’s a meeting of minds, and no surprise that the Ensaara team understands the power of clear and consistent messaging that’s true to the brand, especially among it’s diverse target market. We’re looking forward to teaming up with Tugboat, Studio High and Orion to deliver inspired work.”view more - Hires, Wins & Business
