Tom Naughton joins as executive strategy director

72andSunny New York welcomes award-winning strategist Tom Naughton as executive strategy director as the office continues to grow with new business wins. Tom joins the New York leadership team consisting of Brett Edgar (president) Lora Schulson (director of production) and Carlo Cavallone (global co-chief creative officer & partner) who is based in New York. Tom will also work alongside other New York office leaders including executive creative director, Elaine Cox, group creative directors Sherina Florence and Ida Gronblom and deputy executive strategy director Michael Osbourn. 

An industry vet with almost two decades of experience, Tom has helped drive the strategy behind culture defining creative work for Anheuser-Busch, Coca-Cola, GE, Heineken, Kraft, MINI and realtor.com, to name a few. Most recently he served as Head of Strategy for Pereira O’Dell where he led a slew of new business wins, and helped diversify and expand the kinds of work the agency has become known for including:“Daydreaming in the Life Artois,” “Free Range Humans,” and the national campaign for the AdCouncil, “It's Up To You." Prior to that, Tom held leadership roles at several creatively recognized agencies including Fallon, BBDO and Droga5.
