Great Guns USA and LBB today launch the fourth instalment of 5N30 season two, the panel series that celebrates the creative spirit of the industry - and the personalities that keep it moving forward. Talking ‘anything but advertising’, this week’s panel discusses everything from ‘ice cream walks’ and the word cheugy, to why the term ‘push’ is the most stifling piece of feedback to receive.

Joining Great Guns USA’s MD Oliver Fuselier and LBB’s North American editor Addison Capper for this episode are two executive creative directors: SS+K’s Stevie Archer, and Preacher’s Kellyn Blount. 

This week, our panellists discuss the happy accidents that played a part in where they are today, their childhood experiences that shaped them as leaders, as well as the most inspiring and annoying words they’ve come across in the past few years. They also explore activities they used to do that the pandemic has put a stop to, and pay tribute to their various mentors across the years. As a bonus, we hear about the traits that make Stevie and Kellyn stand out today.
