5N30 S2 Ep 1: Embracing Your Inner Weirdo With Keith Cartwright, Thas Naseemuddeen, and Laura Fegly

Hailing a highly anticipated second season, Great Guns USA and LBB return to screens today to launch another round of 5N30, the panel series that celebrates the creative spirit of the industry - and the personalities that keep it moving forward. Talking ‘anything but advertising’, this week’s panel discusses everything from leading with love versus fear to deconstructing authenticity.

Joining Great Guns USA’s MD Oliver Fuselier and LBB’s North American editor Addison Capper for this first instalment are Keith Cartwright, president and CCO of CARTWRIGHT, Thas Naseemuddeen, CEO of Omelet, and Laura Fegly, CCO of BBDO Minneapolis.

This week, our panellists shed light on their first experiences of leadership, the role of happy accidents in their career progression, their most inspiring - and annoying - words, how the pandemic changed their habits, the lessons they’ve learnt from their mentors, and how to remain accessible as mentors themselves. As a bonus, they share what makes them stand out, how the pandemic has changed their interactions with creatives, production teams, and clients, and what advice they would give to their 10 year old self.

Tune in to hear why everybody should be a creepy fanboy or fangirl, why tough CMOs are like child figure skaters, and why we should bring fun back into the industry.
