Prominent Additions to the Jury for the 2011 Framepool/ LBB/ FireFlies Challenge
This year’s short film challenge promises to be another highlight in Cannes.
Framepool, LBB and the Fireflies are pleased to welcome some serious advertising superstars to our jury: Al Moseley (180 Amsterdam), Barnsley (The Mill) and Tiger Savage (Tiger's Eye) are now also confirmed as judges. After the great success of this event in 2010, we are looking forward to another international affair. So far, directors representing 25 different countries have registered for the 2011 Framepool/ LBB/ FireFlies Challenge. To allow even more creatives to upload their entries, Framepool have decided to extend the deadline for all works until May 16th.
The Framepool/ LBB/ FireFlies Challenge is FREE to enter and is aimed at directors from all over the world. Entrants will be judged by a prominent jury – whilst promoting a good cause at the same time. Contestants are asked to craft a 30" - 3 minute film on the topic “compassion”. The works will be judged by a jury of advertising industry luminaries, including Mark Tutsell (Leo Burnett), Jake Scott (RSA), Olivier Altman (Publicis), Steffen Gentis (BBDO Proximity), Ringan Ledwidge (Rattling Stick), Mike Clear (2010 Winner/Mother), Wolf Jaiser and Sandy Watson Scott (The FireFlies).
