Agency appointed to develop 'The Kind Word' campaign

180heartbeats + JUNG v MATT won social media management tender for BNP Paribas. Their cooperation starts with the “The Kind Word” campaign with a polish influencer Jacek Mulczyk-Skarżyński known as Pan od francuskiego (The French Teacher).

The agency was chosen due to proposed solutions, which were not only consistent with the client's existing communication but also perfectly fit into a long-term, responsible, bold, and engaging strategy for the presence of BNP Paribas Bank in social media. The bank consistently and actively speaks out on socially important issues, such as women’s rights, diversity, equality, counteracting discrimination and social exclusion, quality education, environmental protection, or sustainability.

"In 180heartbeats + JUNG von MATT we’re trying to create a communication that not only excites but also encourages people to join in changing the world, improving it," says Tomasz Bujok, creative director at 180heartbeats + JUNG von MATT. "That’s why we’re especially happy that we started cooperation with a brand that has these values in its DNA. I hope that together we can do a lot of good."

The first result of the cooperation with 180heartbeats is the campaign 'The Kind Word'. By encouraging people to use words like 'thank you' and 'excuse me' more often, the bank, whose name comes from French, teaches this difficult language. For this purpose, on the brand’s Facebook profile there will appear a series of humorous films in which polish influencer Jacek Mulczyk-Skarżyński, known as Pan od francuskiego (The French Teacher) helps with correct french pronunciation. Every user can immediately check their progress at dobre-slowo.pl. The correctness of pronunciation is evaluated on a scale from 0 to 100%, and the percentage achieved by the participant of the game means a specific amount of money that will be donated by BNP Paribas Bank through its foundation for educational purposes.
