Mateusz Michalczyk and Jan Mazur were promoted in the creative and design department of 180heartbeats + JUNG v MATT. Agency also hired senior motion designer Marcin Mokierów-Czołowski and new creative team with international experience - Klaudia Łukasiewicz and Kinga Kraczkowska.  

Mateusz Michalczyk, previously senior graphic designer, has become design director. He coordinates the work of the design department in 180, while the previous head of the department, Michał Murawski, due to the increase in production orders, has been entrusted with supervising those works. Now he is a digital production director (a new position in the agency). Jan Mazur was also promoted in the design department and became a graphic designer. Marcin Mokierów-Czołowski is a new person on this team. For years, he has been associated with the advertising, music, and press industry. So far, he has gained experience as a freelancer. He worked, among others, on projects for Play, Wyborowa, Hyundai, Santander, My Music, Asfalt Records, Hemp Gru, Żabson, MTV/Viacom, X-KOM, Newsweek, Playboy, Commercial Observer.  

Klaudia Łukasiewicz works at 180 as a junior copywriter, and Kinga Kraczkowska as a junior art director. They met in the UK, where they studied creative advertising together at Buckinghamshire New University in High Wycombe. During her stay in the UK, Łukasiewicz also completed an internship at the Kindred advertising agency, where she worked on such projects as Modern Slavery and SsangYong. Kraczkowska, on the other hand, went to Haygarth agency after graduation, where she worked on projects for Sony, Tate&Lyle, and Boursin. She was also awarded D&AD for the ‘Run For Your Life’ campaign for Adidas, which promoted the positive influence of sport on mental health.

The creation and design department of 180heartbeats + JUNG v MATT consists of 15 people. It is managed by Mikołaj Sadowski, chief creative officer & partner.
