On the back of a rapid growth period, including recent high-profile work for Qatar Airways and PlayStation, 180 Amsterdam has bolstered its recruitment power with the hire of Shannon Brennan to the newly-created role of in-house Head of Talent.
Shannon has relocated from London creative recruitment outfit Indigo Mile, to join the agency this week and brings eight years of experience, spearheading recruitment for the leading players in the industry, including a spell working internally for BBH London.
In her new role at 180 Amsterdam, Shannon has been tasked with the challenge of bringing in new talent at all levels, with ‘180 Attitude’, in order to support the agency’s ambitious expansion strategy.
Shannon Brennan, Head of Talent, 180 Amsterdam, commented: “180 Amsterdam is truly one of the most electrifying players in the industry right now, in terms of client portfolio, creative output and thinking. I am hugely proud to be given this opportunity to drive the talent within its walls, boosting the 180 brand and culture.
“I am actively hunting for all levels and all disciplines, from fresh new talent who can be nurtured to the boldest global thinkers out there. What’s most important for me is the initiative, creativity, attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.”
Al Moseley, President and Chief Creative Officer, 180 Amsterdam, commented: “We are delivering brand-transforming work for global businesses, such as the PlayStation 4 launch and Qatar Airways’ historic sponsorship campaign with FC Barcelona. Shannon has one of the best reputations in the business and her role is going to be pivotal in helping us to realise our ambitious future plans.”
